January Snow

We awoke this morning and everything was sort of white!! It just doesn't snow here in
Daegu so we had to hurry and take a couple of pictures.
We are glad to have Brian and Luz back from New Zealand-they brought some yummy treats-one was Ruth and John's Licorice (RJ"S).
Ruth looks so Korean in this Bear hat-We just might have to get one for her!!
My Grandma Jaques always saved the buttons off of worn out clothes she had a big bag of extra buttons-I would as a child thread and just have fun with the many colors and sizes-I had forgotten about that until we ran into the "button" Store!! Can anyone guess what the 2nd picture is-This was a gift from Lani!!!

Christmas time Pictures

This is a great time of year-it goes by too fast though!! We celebrated Ruthie's Birthday and we enjoyed being with Nathan on his Birthday also. It has been a fun month-there was not a white Christmas here in Korea. A Great assortment of other Fun pictures!! Thanks to everyone for your wonderful friendships!!

Randy has graduated-Yahoo-We are so proud of him and Jenna-We were cheering and so was this big white Bird-We Love You-Yobo Seyo!!!
You never know what you are going to see here in Daegu-The Globe Trotters-were amazing-we enjoyed watching the Families and the children-they got so excited-it was quite a performance!! The Korean baby in the one photo-check her ringlets-only in Korea-she was so cute!!

Harvest time

The fall time is our favorite time of year-just a few pictures and contrasts-Korea even has Haunted Houses-the only real pumpkins that we have been able to find was at the Camp Walker Commissary!!

Korean Chusok Celebration

Chusok is like Thanksgiving and Christmas combined-traditional dresses come out and so do all the Cars.
